4. Delivery at Your Doorstep

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with proper packaging.

❌ Conditions for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is not available

📌 Important Notes

  • Minor changes in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Opening the package for inspection does not cancel your return eligibility.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate your refund.
