1. Returns Policy
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is mandatory for returns.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Used or damaged products (caused by customer)
- Items without original packaging
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You may be required to share images or videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
