1. Returns Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is mandatory for returns.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Used or damaged products (caused by customer)
  • Items without original packaging

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may be required to share images or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
